Yes. I am a law breaker. The other day while I was on my way to an appointment for the girls, I was pulled over for speeding. The cop clocked me at 52 mph in a 45 . . .a little stingy if you ask me, but oh well. He saw all three girls in the back seat and commended me for having them buckled in. . . and then he STILL gave me a ticket! Sheesh!! Where's the pity? Anyways, after paying $90 for the ticket, I signed up for traffic school which cost me another $60. It was a happy day in our house. Haha. Well, last night was Orem City's traffic school and while it was extremely boring (Provo's is WAY more entertaining. Yes. I've been there too) I am newly committing myself to being more careful on the road (including speeding, phone use, seatbelts etc.). Life is just too precious to not be cautious. . . especially when I have such valuable cargo! hehe I saw this video on a friends blog and it depicts perfectly what I'm feeling right now. I love it. Embrace life!!

Hahahahaha! What a MEAN cop! 3 kiddos in the back seat and he STILL shells out a ticket? What a joke. Well...I'm back in touch with "Living Latu!" Thanks for the re-invite!! Love you chica!
omg that's REALLY stingy if you ask me! i got pulled over today for going 50 in a 40mph zone on my way to the primary activity. lol! ummm, isnt' state st 45mph? anyway, the cop said he'd "let me go this time." i wasn't even grateful because i thought it was dumb that he even pulled me over for that. but, after reading this post and how well you took it, i'm thinking i need to be grateful. hahaha... theeeese utah cops, sheehs!
wow they got emotional manipulation down in that commercial :) but on your part, mar, way to turn a totally sucki situation (a ticket AND traffic school boooooo) into a beautiful teaching experience.
